1. Try a different SMTP (outgoing) port number: The first thing SSL or not. If it does, then you will change the port from port '25' to '465' followed by turning on the SSL option. If RR email provider does not support SSL, then enter '587' in port number followed by the SSL option 'off'. Consult RR email for the accurate settings.
2. Turn on 'SMTP authorization' option.
3. If these steps do not work, and the email service provider offers a webmail service, then you will have to use the webmail service instead of the email program.
4. If the third step does not fix the problem, then you will have to move to a paid option for fixing this problem.
